1. The product has been sold for more than 1 year.
2. The product is damaged due to falls, accidents, incorrect installation or use.
3. The product model, serial number, or identification number does not match.
4. The product has undergone unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications.
5. Damage caused by using pirated or unauthorized software.
6. Malfunctions or damage caused by viruses, hackers, or other malicious attacks.
7. Damage caused by force majeure.
